Delivered cost, quality and service improvements in market facing business units of an oil major

Outputs:

• Created and delivered a fit for purpose playbook for operational excellence across airfield operations for the Aviation business

• Identified and released £30m worth of fuel payments held up in inefficient billing cycles through simple process redesign

• Created a fit for purpose project management and benefits tracking process to support maintenance and investment projects across EMEA supply terminal engineering team enabling quick and informed executive decision making

• Partnered with the UK HSE to safely continue operations at a critical fuel supply depot whilst using a risk based process to prioritise improvement initiatives across the terminal to ensure compliance with UK legislation and safety requirements
