The Project:

Delivered £18m worth of labour savings through implementing solutions to prevent time being wasted

Outputs:

• Created and implemented a drum beat of simple metrics at 3 levels in the organization (Executive, middle management, front line workforce) into the operation to empower individuals to identify and correct issues before they escalated

• Empowered front line workforce to become front line leaders through section ownership and a daily/weekly/monthly communication plan, reducing the time lag between issue and resolution

• Created a delivery playbook to support the implementation of new processes onto carbon copy projects from day 1
