Following a successful career with a consultancy firm, Ryan has held a number of exec level operational transformation roles with Blue Chip clients. He has front line experience of leading major change programmes for a global telecoms organisation, one of the UK’s largest clothing retail operations and latterly a national, retail grocery supplier.  He leads on all matters related to business transformation for us.
